hello everybody
Thank you for today. If you know of anybody that is not following this blog, please ask them to do so. I am going to be posting interesting job opps here too, for example....

Students who wish to gain front of house, ushering or stage mangt work experience should contact Melody@emporiumbrighton.com, our Emporium contact regarding volunteering.

Actions from today:

TEAMS

Marketing: Keiran, Sammi, Lucy, Felix, Henry, Jesse, Billie and Conor (same team for dance show and Cabaret)

Costume: Luta, Chelsea, Opal, Bella and Shardarae

Stage Management: Nikita, Zoe, Dene, Rob, Corie, Brodie, Olivia and Bolasz (this group will also be doing the December show and Cabaret)

Front of house: Keeleigh, Kornelia, Billie, Honor, Sam,  Elliott, Mike, Joseph

DEADLINES:
Marketing needs to be finished for the three shows we are producing SOON. 

  • Next week we should have the first proof of posters for the 28th Nov. show and the Dance show (11th Dec)
  • Week after (29th Nov) we should have the first proof for the Cabaret. This is important as it is an outside show; a great chance to raise the profile.

Dance show - 11th December

Teams for the Dance show are: (2nd years will be added)

  • Marketing: Bella, Savanah, Liam
  • Costume: Jenni, Jade, Keiran, Heta
  • Stage Management: Luta, Sofia, Sophie
  • Front of house: Lucy, Max, Chloe, Izzy
Dancers, you need to make yourself available some days over the weekend building up towards the show to flyer with the marketing team. It is an opportunity to do some busking and raise awareness.

Everybody, we need to work on this show almost at the same time as for Devised 2. So far the marketing team needs to work on the design for the flyers and get them ready for next week, 14th November.

I will be liaising with Jim and let the other teams know what else needs to be done, so please keep checking the blogs.

Devised 2 28th November

Teams for the Devised 2 show are:  (2nd years actors will be added on)

  • Marketing: Keiran, Opal, Sammy

  • Costume: Luta

  • Stage Management: Nikita, Zoe

  • Front of House: Keeleigh, Kornelia

This coming thursday there is no session as it is Assessment week. However all teams should be liaising with the actors and getting ready. We will be reporting back on the 14th November.

As a note, flyers need to be ready by next week so that there is time to flyer around town.

This is your show and a brilliant way to raise awarness about the productions we do at College. enjoy it!
